Please note that our office is run entirely by volunteers. To confirm that the office will be open if you wish to come in person, please call ahead of time.

October – December, January – February: Monday, Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Christmas Break: Office is closed

March – April: Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Spring Course Registration begins: Monday, March 2018

June, July, August, September: Office is closed.
The office is closed on all statutory holidays.  During extended office closures, messages, letters  and emails are checked weekly and efforts are made to respond promptly.
