  • To purchase a first time membership online, follow the steps outlined below under First Time Membership Online.
  • Printed copies of the membership form can be found here:  ELLA Membership Form 2020-21
  • Previous or renewing members, select Renew Your Membership.     Remember that you MUST use the Logon button in the left column first!

First Time Membership Online:

We recommend you print this page to refer back to the instructions in case you navigate away from this page.

Step 1:  Create an Eventbrite account (you must have and Eventbrite account prior to joining ELLA). We use Eventbrite for online registration for ELLA events.

  • If you already have an existing Eventbrite account, proceed to Step 2.
  • If you do NOT have an Eventbrite account, go to the Eventbrite website and select SIGN UP. Once you’ve created your Eventbrite account, proceed to Step 2.


Step 2: Log On to your ELLA account and complete your ELLA membership.

  1. Go to my-ella.com and click Logon in the left sidebar and follow the instructions there.
  2. Click “View Your Account” in the left sidebar.
  3. Click “Click Here To Purchase A First Time Membership”.
  4. Click “Add to Cart”.
  5. Click “Proceed to Checkout”.
  6. Enter your Billing Details.
  7. Select either Credit Card or Cheque Payment option.
  8. Click “Place Order”.
  9. Order confirmation will show the information was received.
  10. Your membership is complete once you receive your confirmation email.

Step 3: Edit/Update your Contact information

  1. Go to my-ella.com and click Logon in the left sidebar and follow the instructions there.
  2. Click “Edit Your Contact Info” in the left sidebar.
  3. Edit/update your contact information accordingly.
  4. Click Save Address.

Member CODE OF CONDUCT

ELLA is committed to providing an environment that is free of discrimination and harassment, and is supportive of the productivity, dignity, and self-esteem of every employee, volunteer, guest and participant in ELLA.

ELLA members, employees, volunteers and guests are expected to conduct themselves in accordance with the Code of Conduct, which includes respectful behavior and the timely payment of any fees. Being in arrears to ELLA financially is grounds for removal from the membership and being barred from attending Spring Session.

If a member should conduct themselves in a manner not in accordance with the Code of Conduct they should be reported to a Board member who will take the matter to the Board of Directors for investigation.  Failure to abide by the Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action which may range from a simple discussion, to a warning, to revocation of membership including suspension from attending Spring Session.
